All prices listed are in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to update our product information, prices, and availability without prior notice.

 

2. Orders

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please make sure all information — including your contact and delivery details — are correct before checkout.

For prescription orders, please ensure your prescription details are accurate and up to date.

Glassique Studio cannot be held responsible for any errors in the prescription provided by the customer.

 

3. Payment

We accept payments through Shopify Payments, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.

Orders are processed only after payment is successfully completed.

 

4. Returns & Exchanges

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

 

We take great care to ensure every product is checked before dispatch.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
