Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your new glasses as much as we loved curating them for you.
If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as:

the item is unused and in its original condition,
-
with all tags, packaging, and cleaning cloth included, and
-
you provide your proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt).
Please note that prescription lenses or specially ordered frames are non-refundable, as they’re made to your individual specifications once confirmed.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.
Shipping costs (including return postage) are non-refundable, except where the product is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at pagewood@glassique.com.au within 7 days of delivery, including a clear photo of the issue.
We’ll do our best to make things right — whether that means a replacement, repair, or refund.
In-store Returns
For purchases made in-store, please visit Shop 3/6 Tingwell Bvd, Eastgardens with your receipt.
Our team will be happy to assist you in person.
